I have been involved in the technology, service and capital market business sectors for the past 25 years. My career includes executive and management positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Oracle, SQL Financials, Clarus, Riverbrooke Capital, Pareto Principals, and Brickstream. I was a strategic executive leader in SQL Financials where we built this company, and its successor Clarus Corporation, rapidly and profitably while taking both companies public. My management experience includes sales, marketing, alliances and acquisitions. Additionally, I also have significant experience in the areas of capital raises, cash management, forecasting and operational growth of fast growing and start-up companies. I have actively participated, prepared and executed two IPOs raising over $300M. I have also raised $48M in private equity and over $300M in debt financing for various investment opportunities and companies. I have sold two companies and acquired four during my career. I hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business from Virginia Tech. I am currently Managing Partner at Pareto Principals, a strategic consulting firm in Atlanta that focuses on accelerating business execution for its clients; and Global VP Sales and Business Development for Brickstream.
